Job Title: Associate Recruiting Consultant ( US Market)Work Mode: Work from HomeLocation: IndiaIndustry: Staffing & Recruitment (US Market)Department: Talent AcquisitionAbout the Role:We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive to support US-based technical hiring, with a focus on senior and leadership-level roles. The ideal candidate will be experienced in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced US staffing environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based technical roles, including leadership positions.Hire for strategic roles such as Solutions Architect, Presales Architect, Consulting Partner, and similar profiles.Recruit across technologies including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud, Big Data, and related platforms.Perform active sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searchCoordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.Partner with account managers and delivery teams to understand hiring needs.Maintain strong candidate pipelines and accurate recruitment reports.Work in US time zones with high responsiveness.Stay updated on US hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and compliance. Skills & Qualifications:Any Graduate (B.E / B.Tech, Business Administration, or related field preferred).1–4 years of experience in US technical recruitmentStrong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.Proven experience hiring senior and leadership-level technical roles.Exposure to technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud, and Big Data.Proficiency with US job boards LinkedIn RecruiterExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Willingness to work in US shift hours.Preferred:Experience handling end-to-end US technical recruitment independently.Exposure to strategic and leadership hiring across multiple technologies.
