Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Associate - F&B Steward located in Haridwar. The F&B Steward will be responsible for guest services, customer service, reservations, and effective communication with guests and team members on a daily basis. Qualifications Guest Services and Guest Service skills Customer Service skills Experience in handling reservations Strong communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
