Partner with account managers and delivery teams to understand hiring needs. Maintain strong candidate pipelines and accurate recruitment reports. Work inUS time zoneswith high responsiveness. Stay updated onUS hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and compliance .Skills & Qualifications: Any Graduate (B.E / B.Tech, Business Administration, or related field preferred). 1–4 years of experienceinUS technical recruitment Strong hands-on experience withLinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search .
