Recruiter – Mass/Bulk Hiring - Enterprise CX Programs (India) Location:India (Remote / Hybrid) Employment Type:Full-Time Work Timings:9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST (flexibility during hiring ramps) Start Timeline:ImmediateRole Overview STEPS Talent is hiring a Recruiter to support a high-volume/bulk, enterprise CX hiring program. This role is delivery-critical and focused on executing large-scale recruitment with speed, structure, and precision. You will support hiring for customer service and contact center roles, primarily for Southeast Asia markets (Malaysia & Thailand), while operating from India.Core Responsibilities Execute high-volume recruiting for customer service and contact center roles Source, screen, and qualify candidates for multilingual CX roles (English + local languages) Conduct structured screenings covering language proficiency, shift flexibility, contact center readiness, and immediate joiner capability Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding at scale Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and client portals Track and report daily recruitment metrics Ensure strict compliance with client hiring standards and confidentialityRequired Experience 2–5+ years of experience in mass hiring or volume recruitment Experience recruiting for BPO / Contact Center / CX roles Ability to work under tight timelines and hiring ramps Familiarity with enterprise hiring frameworksPreferred Experience Experience with Tele-performance, Accenture, or similar CX organizations Exposure to Southeast Asia hiring markets (Malaysia, Thailand preferred)Tools & Systems ATS platforms, client hiring portals, VMS tools Excel / Google Sheets, dashboards, trackersExecution Expectations Speed, structure, and consistency High screening quality under volume Full ownership of recruiter delivery metricsHow to Apply Interested candidates may apply directly on LinkedIn.
