Intern responsibilities include: Partner Acquisition: Research and identify high-quality local partners (guides, hosts, or service providers) in target locations. Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new partners understand our platform and brand values. Market Expansion: Help execute strategies to penetrate new geographic locations and increase our footprint in existing ones. Quality Control (QC): Conduct regular audits of partner listings and services to ensure they meet Throughlocals' premium standards. Compliance & Legal: Assist in managing partner contracts and ensuring all local regulations and safety requirements are met.Skills and Qualities Required: Student or Graduate available for minimum of 3 months The "Hustle": You aren't afraid of cold outreach and building relationships from scratch. Analytical Mindset: You can look at a new city and identify the best neighborhoods or niches for expansion.
