Roles & Responsibility Support end-to-end product lifecycle for internal SaaS tools and automation workflows problem discovery, feature ideation, PRDs, UI/UX, and rollout. Identify manual processes and design AI-driven automations to improve efficiency across teams. Rapidly prototype internal tools using AI & no-code / low-code platforms like Replit, Cursor, Lovable,Bolt. Work closely with Engineering, Ops, Growth, and Content teams to build scalable internal solutions. Build and maintain dashboards, scripts, and utilities using Node.js / Python. Work with databases (basic schema design, queries, CRUD operations) for internal products and reporting. Use data and feedback to iterate on tools and optimize internal workflows.Requirements Hands-on experience with AI / automation tools (Replit, Cursor, Lovable, etc.). Basic coding knowledge in Node.js / Python. Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL basics). Experience building internal tools, automations, or side projects.
