Dibiz Solution thrives on collaboration and innovation to drive impactful and measurable results for brands across industries.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a proactive Sales & BD Executive to help Dibiz Solution generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, email automation, and offline networking events. This role focuses on research, outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management, not closing.Key Responsibilities:LinkedIn Outreach- Scrape and build targeted lead lists from LinkedIn - Personalize outreach messages based on industry & role - Manage daily LinkedIn outreach (manual + automated) - Monitor automation tools and ensure account safetyMessaging & Copy- Fine-tune outreach messages based on response rates - A/B test hooks, openers, and CTAs - Maintain message templates in Google DocsEmail Automation- Build and maintain email outreach campaigns - Clean and segment lead databases - Monitor open, reply, and bounce ratesManual Outreach & Follow-ups- Handle manual DMs, replies, and follow-ups - Update lead status daily in Google Sheets / CRMEvents & Offline BD- Track upcoming industry events - Attend selected events - Collect contacts and log leads post-event - Follow up within 24–48 hoursTools You’ll Use:- LinkedIn - Google Sheets & Docs - Email automation tools - Asana (task tracking)What We’re Looking For:- Strong written communication - Comfort with cold outreach - High attention to detail - Consistency > aggression - Willingness to learn sales systemsNice to Have:- Prior LinkedIn outreach experience - Basic understanding of D2C / marketing agenciesQualifications- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles - Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences - Creative mindset and ability to generate a sales funnel - Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics is a plus - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related fieldCompensation: 30,000 + Incentives
