LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICERAs the Learning and Development Officer at INTERVAL, you will spearhead efforts to enhanceemployee skills and performance through strategic training initiatives. Your role involves researching,designing, and implementing tailored training programs to address skill gaps and foster professionalgrowth across departments. Collaboration with stakeholders and effective budget management arekey components of this role, ensuring the success and efficiency of our learning and developmentstrategy.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Conduct research to identify effective training methods and assess skill gaps acrossdepartments.• Collaborate with department heads to pinpoint specific development areas and designtailored training programs.• Streamline new hire onboarding processes to ensure timely integration and acceptance.• Establish feedback mechanisms to collect employee input on training programs andcontinuously improve effectiveness.• Strategically manage the learning and development budget to ensure cost-effective solutions.• Organise engaging events focused on employee engagement and upskilling.• Execute employee recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation and retention.• Collaborate with individuals to create tailored development plans aligned with career goals.• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for accessibility and efficiency.QUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a relatedfield.• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.• Knowledge of learning technologies and learning management systems
