We are hiring a Junior / Trainee Recruitment Assistant to provide administrative support to our recruitment team. This is a remote, offshore role suited to a junior candidate who is organised, detail-oriented, and keen to learn. Full training will be provided. This role will be based on a US time zone and is primarily administrative. All work is completed using templates, systems, and defined processes, with all communications overseen by the consultant/manager. Key Responsibilities • Uploading and maintaining candidate, client, and contact data in internal systems • Formatting resumes using provided templates • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets and trackers • Basic LinkedIn research and market mapping • Drafting template-based emails, including market mailshots (Outlook / Google mail merge) • Scheduling interviews and meetings via Outlook • Preparing standard interview prep documents using templates • Filing documentation in line with processes About You • Junior / trainee-level candidate • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and LinkedIn (basic) • Comfortable with or willing to learn mail merge tools • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable • Good written English skills Role Details • Remote, offshore role (India-based) • Administrative support role with no independent client contact • Full training and supervision provided • Long-term opportunity
