We support multiple Australian businesses by providing high-quality Back Office, Administrative, IT, BPO, and Business Support services.We are looking for a Junior Accountant – Australia AR Calling with a good understanding of the end-to-end accounting cycle. The role primarily focuses on Accounts Receivable (AR) calling to Australian clients and customers, along with exposure to core accounting and finance operations.Key Responsibilities- Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) calling to Australian clients and Australia-based customers - Follow up on outstanding invoices and pending payments - Review aging reports and resolve payment-related issues - Coordinate with customers and internal teams for payment collections - Handle Order Processing, Invoicing, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable - Perform Bank Reconciliations - Support month-end activities and preparation of financial statements - Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation - Perform other duties as assigned by the managementRequired Skills & Qualifications- Basic to good understanding of the complete accounting cycle - Excellent oral and written English communication skills - International outbound calling experience (preferred) - Strong convincing and negotiation skills for payment follow-ups - Ability to communicate professionally with international clients - Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processesWho Should Apply- Freshers or junior candidates with accounting knowledge and strong communication skills - Candidates comfortable working in early morning shifts (Australian time zone) - Professionals looking for international exposure in accounting and AR operations
