With an expanding footprint and a strong focus on preventing avoidable blindness, we are building a sustainable healthcare model that combines affordability, trust, and innovation.Role Description We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will lead SEO, paid campaigns, organic content strategies, and community-driven partnerships to grow Riti Eye Care’s reach and impact. This is a unique opportunity to combine marketing expertise with a purpose-driven mission, helping to bring life-changing eye care services to thousands of families. This is a full time job to be based at Lucknow and it is a full time roleKey Responsibilities Marketing Campaigns (Paid & Organic) ·Plan and execute hyper-local paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, regional platforms) to drive patient inquiries and bookings. ·Build organic growth strategies, leveraging content marketing, social media, and storytelling. ·Track and report on performance, focusing on ROI, engagement, and healthcare impact metrics. SEO & Digital Optimization ·Lead SEO efforts to increase search visibility and rank for high-impact eye health keywords. ·Optimize for user experience, conversions, and regional SEO. ·Maintain accurate Google Business Profiles and local listings across cities. Content Creation & Storytelling ·Develop a content calendar featuring patient success stories, educational health content, and awareness campaigns. ·Collaborate with doctors and field teams to create trust-building, mission-oriented messaging ·Produce multi-format content (blogs, reels, videos) in English and regional languages. Partnerships & Community Outreach ·Forge partnerships with NGOs, CSR initiatives, schools, and healthcare organizations to drive screenings and outreach. ·Organize local awareness drives, eye check-up camps, and joint impact initiatives. ·Build relationships with mission-aligned companies, not just agencies, to expand reach sustainably.Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or related field. - 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations. - Proven expertise in SEO, paid advertising, and organic growth strategies. - Strong understanding of Tier-2/3 city consumer behavior and grassroots marketing. - Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools. - Excellent communication skills; fluency in Hindi and English required, other regional languages a plus.Preferred skills - Experience in hospital or healthcare brand marketing. - Familiarity with CSR partnerships, community outreach, and NGO collaborations. - Knowledge of lead generation systems, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards. - Creative skills in visual storytelling, photography, or video content creation.Key Performance Indicators (KPI) - Growth in patient inquiries and conversion rates. - Measurable increase in organic traffic, SEO rankings, and social engagement. - Effectiveness and ROI of digital ad campaigns. - Number and depth of mission-driven partnerships and community programs. - Local brand recognition and trust-building impact in Tier-2 cities.
