Each product is meticulously crafted using hand-carved wooden blocks and natural or AZO-free dyes to create unique, one-of-a-kind pieces.We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser with a strong design sensibility to support our luxury, craft-driven home furnishing collections for international markets.Role Overview:- Translate buyer briefs into refined design & product development - Lead sampling for prints, embroidery & hand-quilting - Coordinate closely with design, production & artisan teams - Manage export orders, timelines & quality standards - Support costing, consumption & export documentation - Ensure collections meet premium international benchmarksIdeal Profile:- Background in textile / product design with merchandising experience - Strong exposure to luxury home furnishings & export clients - Deep understanding of handcrafted techniques (hand block printing preferred) - Detail-driven, organized & confident in buyer communication - Experience in Sales and Retail to manage client requirements and handle inventory efficiently - Knowledge in Marketing to support promotions and create strategies for product visibility - Excellent organizational and coordination abilities - Jaipur-based preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
