The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in IT Services and SaaS solutions - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers - Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT/SaaS solutions - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demos - Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams for solution alignment - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Maintain CRM data, sales pipelines, and forecasting reports - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditionsRequired Skills:- 2+ years of proven experience in IT sales (IT services and/or SaaS) - Strong understanding of software solutions, cloud services, and IT offerings - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Experience with B2B sales and enterprise clients - Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment - Strong problem-solving and consultative selling approachPreferred Qualifications:- Experience selling SaaS products, cloud solutions, or digital transformation services - Knowledge of international markets or outbound sales is a plus - MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fieldWhat We Offer- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives - Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing IT environment - Exposure to global clients and cutting-edge technologies - Supportive and collaborative work culture - Alternate 2nd and 4th Saturdays Off
