The HR Business Partner will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, foster a positive workplace culture by strengthening employee engagement, and support talent development initiatives.Qualifications- Proficiency in HR Policies and overall Human Resources (HR) practices - Handling sensitive workplace issues - Ability to build culture through strong and sustainable engagement initiatives. - Experience in implementing and managing Performance Management systems - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in team settings and provide strategic HR guidance - Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
