We are hiring Job Role: Sales Mgr-Indirect-Pymt Business Location: JamnagarJob Purpose Drive and achieve the Fincon Target of credit cards through DSA with Right card to right Customer to ensure better card activation and portfolio building. To identify and appoint new channel partner. To focus on acquiring new to bank ( NTB ) customers. To manage costs of acquisition and ensure compliant sourcing processes. To focus on cross sell penetration , Accountable to manage FTNR/ dip rejects, GAR and CBCI complaints within TAT burst. To strengthen relationship to enhance market share. CASA X-Sell for SPC customers, and Drive X Sell like Smart Pay, Card Sure, One Assist, Pay-zap activation. Ensure achievement of Cards Target against Fincon Budget. Right card is sourced to Right Customer along with desired activation rate. Developing New DSA.
