We are seeking an experienced Engineering & Manufacturing Recruiter to support hiring for one of the largest U.S. air defense and aerospace manufacturing clients. This role focuses on non-IT, hands-on engineering and production positions across advanced manufacturing environments.You will work on high-impact defense programs, partnering closely with U.S.-based hiring managers to deliver skilled technical talent at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment for engineering and manufacturing roles, including:Electrical EngineersElectro-Mechanical EngineersAssemblers / TechniciansManufacturing & Production rolesSource candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreachScreen candidates for technical fit, manufacturing experience, and compliance readinessMaintain accurate pipelines, submissions, and interview trackingWork on US shift hours to align with client time zonesEnsure hiring aligns with defense, aerospace, and compliance-driven environmentsRequired Experience2+ years of experience recruiting engineering or manufacturing rolesProven background in non-IT recruitment (IT recruiters will not be considered)Experience hiring for U.S. clients (manufacturing, aerospace, defense preferred)Strong understanding of:Electrical & electro-mechanical skill setsAssembly / shop-floor / plant hiringExcellent communication skills with U.S.-based stakeholdersPreferred (Nice to Have)Experience recruiting for aerospace or defense programs
