Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and detail-driven Clinical Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for U.S.-based clinical, healthcare, and life sciences positions. In this role, you will source and engage specialized clinical professionals, ensure compliance with U.S. hiring practices, and work closely with global teams to deliver top-tier talent for our clients.The ideal candidate has strong domain understanding of clinical research and healthcare operations, expertise in U.S. recruitment, and a proven ability to attract high-quality clinical professionals across multiple disciplines.Preferred Education:• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or related field.Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:• 3+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years specifically in clinical, healthcare, or life sciences hiring for U.S. roles.• Strong understanding of clinical research operations, GCP (Good Clinical Practice), compliance environments, and regulatory standards.• In-depth knowledge of U.S. hiring practices, employment laws, and healthcare industry expectations.• Experience recruiting U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders.• Familiarity with U.S. tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp).• Proven ability to source, assess, and engage specialized clinical talent through multiple channels.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to manage high-volume and niche requisitions with strong attention to detail.• Highly organized, proactive, and able to independently prioritize competing deadlines.• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Skills:• Experience recruiting for CROs, pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, or healthcare organizations.• Knowledge of clinical job titles, medical terminology, and U.S. regulatory standards (FDA, ICH, HIPAA).• Understanding of roles such as CRAs, Clinical Research Coordinators, Clinical Data Managers, Regulatory Affairs professionals, PV/Drug Safety associates, Clinical Trial Assistants, and Medical Writers.• Experience using ATS/CRM platforms, VMS tools, and structured recruitment processes.Key Responsibilities:• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based clinical, healthcare, and life sciences roles—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding support.• Partner closely with hiring managers, Clinical Leads, and internal stakeholders to understand role qualifications, technical requirements, and team dynamics.• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified clinical professionals.• Utilize niche clinical platforms, professional networks, industry groups, and research-driven sourcing methods to build strong pipelines.• Conduct interviews, assess competency, verify credentials, and document evaluations for hiring decisions.• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records within the ATS.• Support strategic global hiring initiatives aligned with client demands and business priorities.• Track industry trends, certifications, market shifts, and regulatory updates that affect clinical hiring.• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to U.S. compliance, privacy standards, and client-specific requirements.• Contribute to improving recruitment workflows, candidate experience, and talent acquisition best practices.
