Job Overview: We seek a proactive, client-centered Immigration Attorney to promote Openventure's legal services, support clients, and manage cases throughout their immigration process. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in U.S. immigration law, especially talent visas, and a background in client management. Your role will be integral to ensuring our clients receive exceptional legal support and guidance at every step of their immigration process. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain client relationships, providing tailored legal guidance on U.S. immigration processes. - Offer legal consultations to potential clients, explaining visa options, service offerings, and pricing. - Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication, updates, and support. - Work closely with the sales and legal teams to create client-specific strategies that facilitate successful outcomes. - Conduct legal research, draft immigration documents, and manage cases for EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 visa applications. - Stay current with U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and changes that may impact clients, incorporating updates into client interactions. - Support outreach efforts and represent company at industry events, webinars, and conferences, enhancing the company's reputation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine client onboarding and case management processes. Qualifications: - Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the legal, immigration, or related sectors. - Strong understanding of U.S. immigration services and the legal industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus. - LLM (Master of Laws) preferred.
