What Will You Drive Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR support and driving people strategies that enable business success. Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations and ensure issues are addressed promptly and effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Talent Management & Development: Identify talent gaps, plan succession, and create initiatives to retain and develop key talent. Employee Engagement: Design and implement wellness programs, town halls, engagement activities, and feedback mechanisms that strengthen culture and morale. Reward & Recognition: Develop and execute creative, transparent recognition programs that motivate and retain employees. Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives with clear communication and structured engagement plans. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements, manage risk, and resolve employee issues with fairness and transparency. What Are We Looking For Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 3-5 years of HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment. Strong with Data: Ability to interpret HR metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights. Business Acumen: Understand business operations and align HR strategies with organizational goals. Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders across levels. Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve complex employee issues quickly, fairly, and effectively. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease.
