Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week, 8 Hours per Day, Sundays Off Company Overview Ambitionx is a fast-growing company specializing in e-commerce. Our team focuses on driving scalable results through paid advertising across multiple platforms. We are looking for a highly skilled Media Buyer to manage and optimize advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS). Key Responsibilities: Media Buying & Campaign Management - Develop, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for e-commerce brands. - Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency. - Identify and test new audience segments, bidding strategies, and ad placements. - Scaling e-commerce stores with a focus on achieving high ROAS. Market & Creative Analysis - Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify emerging strategies. - Utilize Meta Ad Library and ad spy tools to research and replicate high-performing creatives. - Provide insights on creative performance and recommend optimizations. Collaboration & Coordination - Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to develop high-converting ad creatives. - Provide clear, detailed creative briefs to ensure alignment with marketing strategies. - Maintain effective communication with internal teams to streamline campaign execution. Performance Tracking & Reporting - Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports. - Utilize data to adjust bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative elements for better results. - Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience in media buying for e-commerce businesses with a track record of high ROAS. - Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). - Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Strong communication skills for coordinating with design and video editing teams.
