Payroll Specialist (4-6 years’ Experience)Role DescriptionResponsible for processing and advising on payrolls located in Czech Republic. The Payroll Specialist will also be responsible for contributing to payroll related projects, providing timely and accurate payroll reporting and data to the business as required.Specific Role ResponsibilitiesEnd-to end preparation and processing of the monthly payrolls for czech republic. Full lifecycle payroll responsibilities including BAU, end of year tasks and audit requirementsPrepare and submit statutory filings (tax, social/health insurance), ensuring adherence to Czech regulations and deadlines, including electronic reporting. Stay updated on changes in Czech labour law, tax, and social security regulations, communicating impacts to relevant teams. Partnering with the People team and Finance for payroll review, approval and other queriesServe as the main point of contact for payroll queries from employees, managers, HR, and external payroll/accounting partners.Work in partnership with the People teams to ensure smooth running of payrollsExperience RequiredExperience with running end to end czech republic payrollsExperience of Workday, Cloud PayExperience with using outsourced providersSound knowledge of relevant payroll legislationWillingness and ability to learn other payroll legislation in applicable regionConscientious with excellent attention to detailGreat team player committed to excellent customer service and exceeding delivery expectationsExcellent organization and time management skillsProactive self-starter with an ability to work on own without close supervisionExcellent communication skills
