We're Hiring: Head of Operations At Digital Obsession Communication, we've grown to a team of 40+ people and are currently managing 60+ active client projects across SEO, content, paid media, and web. We're now looking for a Head of Operations who can take complete ownership of delivery and day-to-day execution across departments. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building systems, driving accountability, and ensuring high-quality output at scale. What you'll be responsible for: - Managing overall agency operations and client delivery - Leading department heads and improving team performance - Strengthening processes, workflows, and execution standards - Driving efficiency, retention, and project profitability - Helping the agency scale without founder involvement in daily firefighting Who this role is for: Someone with strong agency experience who has managed multi-team delivery and knows how to run operations with structure and ownership.
