Job Title

- Support block -level immunisation activities by participating in review meetings, coordinating with Medical Officers, and sharing progress and community feedback. - Conduct regular field visits (up to 20 days/month) for supportive supervision, problem -solving, and identification of high -risk, underserved, and zero -dose communities. - Work closely with ASHAs, Community Health Officers, local leaders, and CBOs to address vaccine hesitancy and improve immunisation coverage. - Identify zero -dose children and communities, understand reasons for vaccine avoidance, and support their integration into service delivery and micro -plans. - Facilitate house -to -house community engagement and demand -generation activities to promote immunisation and primary healthcare services. - Support frontline workers in tracking immunisation coverage, UWIN registration, and maintaining accurate field -level data. - Assist in preparing periodic reports, documenting best practices, and supporting the District/Project Coordinator with program implementation and any assigned duties. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Sociology, or a related field. - 1–2 years of relevant field experience, preferably in public health, immunisation, or community -based programs. - Strong understanding of community engagement, grassroots mobilisation, and working with frontline health workers (ASHAs, ANMs, CHOs). - Ability to conduct extensive fieldwork (up to 20 days per month) and work in high -risk, underserved, and remote communities. - Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of local dialects is a strong advantage. - Basic skills in documentation, reporting, and data collection using standard tools and formats. - Good interpersonal, coordination, and problem -solving skills, with the ability to work closely with government stakeholders and local communities.
