Position- Head HSE Location-Angul, Odisha "Renewable energy /Power Exp" The Head - HSE is responsible for providing strategic leadership, governance, and oversight across all Environment, Health and Safety domains to ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and sustainability in plant operations. The incumbent develops policies, monitors execution, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and build a strong EHS culture across all functions and levels. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Occupational Health & Safety Fire Management Workplace Management Green Area Management Environment Management Team Development and Management EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS Pollution Control Board, Regulatory bodies, Police Station, MoEFF INTERNAL INTERACTIONS HODs, Team members, Senior Management FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS - Contract and purchase, project planning and project management for various tasks OTHER DIMENSIONS 4 team members 175 Hectare of green belt EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS - B.
