Sales Operations Analyst Position Summary The Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and data integrity across the organization within the Americas region. This role ensures seamless collaboration among internal teams and external partners supporting the successful commercialization of offerings while optimizing end-to-end order and license management processes. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise and a passion for enhancing customer and partner experiences. Key Responsibilities: Pricing & Commercialization - Design and administer special pricing strategies aligned with category and exception pricing policies. - Ensure required approvals on pricing, contractual terms, and payment terms from legal, finance, and marketing stakeholders. - Provide reporting and documentation of pricing structures; act as the primary contact for pricing and product inquiries from internal and external customers. - Manage escalations related to pricing and product issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve promptly. - Ensure operational alignment and readiness throughout the product commercialization process. Operational Support & Service Delivery - Collaborate across functions to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for business development. - Communicate operational updates and relevant information accurately and on time to internal and external stakeholders. - Provide backup support for rebate program management and client operations. Data Analysis & Reporting - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor operational KPIs. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis. - Analyze and investigate operational pricing and product data to support informed decision-making. Process Improvement & Training - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide comprehensive training and documentation for team members on new products and updates to existing offerings. Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in operations, pricing management, or related roles. - Strong understanding of pricing strategies, contract management, and product commercialization processes. - Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., D365), CRM tools, and data analytics platforms. - Intermediate skills in Excel and familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization. - Fluency in English required; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
