Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented SQA Intern, a proactive individual eager to build a strong foundation in software quality assurance and testing. You will work closely with development and QA teams to ensure product quality through systematic testing processes. Your ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and communicate effectively will be key to identifying issues and contributing to the delivery of high-quality software. Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications. - Perform functional, regression, smoke, and usability testing to ensure product quality. - Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using QA and project management tools like Jira. - Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and provide feedback during development cycles. - Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-deployment validation. - Prepare and maintain QA documentation including test plans, checklists, and reports. - Verify bug fixes, retest features, and ensure quality standards before deployment. - Participate in QA workflow improvements and adopt testing best practices. - Gain exposure to basic automation tools and testing workflows. Experience - Experience: Fresh graduate or final-year student; prior internship or project experience in software testing/QA is a plus. (Paid internship) Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field. - Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA principles. - Familiarity with manual testing methodologies; exposure to automation tools (Playwright, Postman) is a plus. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities. - Excellent communication skills with ability to document findings clearly. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus. - Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
