This is an extraordinary opportunity for a self-driven, people-oriented student with a passion for talent management and organizational development to support our team building efforts. You will manage the entire human resources function (other than payroll and labour compliances) with over 200+ employees.About the Internship:As a Human Resources Intern, you will work on developing recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and intern engagement initiatives. You will have the opportunity to engage in multiple mini-projects across various HR domains. The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to startup HR functions in a FinTech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of the internship, you will work through a structured set of assignments designed to enhance your understanding of human resources principles and practices.
