Job Description

Description Office & Facility Management - Manage office infrastructure, facilities, housekeeping, and maintenance activities - Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC, utilities, and office supplies - Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with statutory norms Vendor & Contract Management - Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for admin-related services - Process vendor bills, maintain contracts, and track renewals - Monitor service quality and cost control Travel, Transport & Accommodation - Arrange employee travel, vehicle management, and accommodation - Coordinate company transport and driver scheduling - Maintain travel and transport records Asset & Inventory Management - Maintain records of office assets, equipment, and inventory - Track issuance, return, and disposal of assets - Conduct periodic audits Employee Support & Coordination - Handle employee admin-related queries and support - Coordinate onboarding logistics (ID cards, seating, assets) - Support employee engagement activities and events Compliance & Documentation - Maintain administrative records, agreements, and documentation - Support audits and statutory inspections - Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Budget & Cost Control - Assist in preparing and monitoring the administration budget - Track expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities
