Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Master Data Validation in Trexedia / BTMS/ CRMS "1. Understands Master Data Validation Process including approval chain for ensuring relevant guidelines is followed during changes in master data. 2. Guide user across PAN India on issues related to master data change requests 3. Co-ordinate with IT Support team in updating of changes as required by units and ensuring the same is done in time and in order, besides guiding the team on the importance of master data management. 4. Receive, scrutinize, co-ordinate updating, revalidate updated data and ensure accuracy of all master data related requests as received from the units. 5. Ensure errors in updating, if any, are tracked during revalidation, on an instant basis and appropriately rectified on priority." SUPPORT TO THE UNITS IN IT RELATED ISSUES Act as a bridge between the units and application support team in case of any it technical related issue where the units faces. UPLOADING OF BENEFICIARIES "1. Receiving Mails from branches along with excel files,copies of cheques etc. 2. Checking the correctness of data,between excel files,and supporting documents. 3. Making the files in excel format as per provide by HDFC bank, and convert it in as csv format. 4. Uploading the same on HDFC portal. 5. Informing branches by emails about execution of task" UPDATION IN EPICOR "1. Vendor approval after GL control filled. 2. Vendor un approval for vendor updation like as bank details updation. 3. Vendor approval after updation like as bank updation 4. Customer approval after Gl control filled. 5. Customer unapproval for customer updation like as credit limit, credit days, customer Group etc. 6. Customer approval for customer updation like as credit limit, credit days, customer Group etc." Bank Reconciliation & Any other Project assigned "1. Follow up and review of Bank Reconciliations from branches regarding Forex Bank Accounts and further submission to HO Finance team 2. Weekly tracker regarding TPT Vendor tariff updation requests from branches for IA. 3. Weekly tracker regarding Temporary renewal of clients from branches" Education : - Must be Graduate/ MBA - Finance Experience :- 6-10 Year Requirement :- Must be from Travel Management Company only
