Role Overview We are hiring a Head of Growth to own the entire demand side of the business while being accountable for the patient journey end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of growth, operations, and care delivery. You will ensure that every patient interaction - from the first call to complete treatment journey - is empathetic, efficient, data-driven, and trustworthy. You will work directly with the co-founder to take the business from 0→1 and 1→10, building a scalable demand engine without compromising patient experience. What You Will Own 1. End-to-End Demand Ownership - Own all demand generation across digital, partnerships, referrals, and offline channels - Drive qualified patient demand aligned with medical and operational capacity - Ensure growth is sustainable, ethical, and patient-first 2. Patient Journey & Experience Ownership (Core Responsibility) - Own the complete patient journey: Lead → First Contact → Consultation → Treatment Onboarding - Design and optimise patient touchpoints for: oSpeed of response oQuality of communication oEmpathy and clarity - Reduce friction, confusion, and anxiety for patients and caregivers - Work closely with care coordinators and medical teams to ensure consistent, high-quality patient experience 3. Funnel & Conversion Excellence - Build and optimise the full funnel with a patient-experience lens - Track and improve conversion at each stage without aggressive or misleading tactics - Identify leakage points caused by poor experience—not just poor marketing 4. Data-Driven Growth & Experience Metrics - Own dashboards and reporting across growth and experience metrics - Strong command over: oCAC, LTV oCost per lead / consultation / conversion oConversion by city, channel, and care pathway oPatient drop-off reasons and feedback loops - Use data to continuously improve both revenue and patient satisfaction 5. Team Building & Culture - Build and lead the Demand / Business Development / Care Coordination teams - Set clear targets, incentives, and quality benchmarks - Create a culture where patient trust and experience are non-negotiable - Coach teams on communication, empathy, and execution discipline 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with: oMedical teams (clinical readiness & patient suitability) oOperations (capacity and turnaround times) oMarketing (responsible messaging) oProduct/Tech (CRM, patient tracking, automation) - Be the voice of the patient and demand in leadership discussions Must-Have - 5–10 years’ experience - Prior ownership of demand, growth, or revenue - Someone with 0→1 and 1→10 journeys experience will be preferred - Experience of building and leading teams - Deep appreciation for customer / patient experience
