Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in PAN Odisha as per requirement for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Team Leader. The responsibilities include managing a team of 6-7 sales persons, doing pure secondary sales, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and identifying new business opportunities. The Salesperson will also collaborate with retail and wholesale partners, provide product information, and ensure seamless coordination in distribution and market operations. This role requires proactive communication and negotiation skills to foster long-term business growth. Qualifications - Sales and Marketing skills in Secondary Sales - direct to retailer and wholesaler - FMCG Experience is must - Minimum 3-5 years - Strong organizational, time management, and analytical abilities - Proficiency in Odia communication and customer relationship-building - Understanding of FMCG products and retail/distribution operations - Ability to collaborate with team members and partners effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
