Conducting ISO and QS Audits; evaluating internal control systems/ procedures with a view to highlight the shortcomings & implementing necessary recommendations. . Controlling Fuel & Power Consumption. . Furnace Operation. . Designing & implementing systems, procedures & manuals for the preparation & maintenance of Furnace. . Ensuring optimum utilization of Furnace by modifying Air Fuel Ratio and Heating Schedule. Fixing the Loading Capacity of Furnace for optimum utilization of Furnace. . Temperature Profile & heating time fixing with respect to different grades of Product.
