Job Title: AM – HR (Talent Acquisition & HRBP)Location: SalemExperience: 5 + yearsIndustry: Telecom / BFSI / Retail / Large Workforce EnvironmentJob Summary -:We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering responsibilities across the assigned geography, ensuring quality hiring, strong stakeholder engagement, HR operations excellence, and a seamless employee experience.Key Responsibilities -:Drive recruitment through an effective source mix within defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters in the allocated geography.Build a strong talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels such as college campuses, government skill development agencies, and employment exchanges.Manage all recruitment-related compliances including background verification, offer negotiations, and audit responses.Execute hiring for critical positions on priority across assigned areas and verticals.Work on specific project hiring requirements as per defined timelines.Regularly analyze recruitment dashboards and analytics to ensure closures within SLA.Manage geography stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.Ensure proper candidate engagement during the pre-onboarding phase for a better employee experience.Manage the post-joining employee lifecycle.Ensure completion of induction and RFR as per defined schedules.Ensure timely completion of all HR operational tasks to deliver a seamless employee experience.Execute PMS within defined timelines and laid guidelines.Ensure completion of assigned field visits as per company guidelines.Effectively execute all employee engagement initiatives within the allocated budget.Develop strong employee connect and support in resolution of employee issues and grievances.Ensure basic HR hygiene and support the IR team on compliance issues.Facilitate the Internal Job Posting (IJP) process for eligible employees as per company guidelines.Skills and Competencies -:Negotiation skillsEffective problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsEffective presentation skillsStakeholder managementBusiness acumenStrong interpersonal communication skillsEducation Required -:Master’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM – HR preferred)Interested please do share your profile at dilli.c@ / Prabu.santhosh@ThanksTeam HR
