CW Staffing Specialist - Palo Alto Networks (Contractor)Role DescriptionThis role is a contract assignment at Palo Alto Networks. Contractors will not be employed by Palo Alto Networks but through our trusted staffing partners.Palo Alto Networks is looking for a Contingent Workforce Staffing Specialist to support our EMEA/JAPAC business in our global contingent workforce program team.It is a great opportunity for a talented individual who has the desire to associate with a fast-growing company in a truly international environment.The contractor will be providing critical operational and onboarding support, managing the entire end-to-end contingent worker (CW) lifecycle, including SOW execution, onboarding, offboarding, and all lifecycle transactions. The role also acts as a consultative advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring program compliance. This position will report to our EMEA/JAPAC Contingent Workforce Program Manager and is a great opportunity for a talented individual who has the desire to associate with a fast-growing company in a truly international environment.Location - IndiaDuration - 12 months Schedule - 11 AM to 8 PM ISTYour ImpactContingent Workforce Lifecycle Management: Drive program efficiency by managing the entire end-to-end temporary worker (temp) lifecycle ensuring timely fulfillment and compliance. Includes requisition, SOW drafting/execution, extensions, terminations, contracts, and billing queries etc.Operational Administration: Administer comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors, such as background check prescreening, paperwork, purchase orders, communication, and asset return.Stakeholder Guidance and Compliance: Act as a consultative advisor, guiding hiring managers on contractor needs, educating program stakeholders on best practices, and socializing CW policies and procedures.Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with organizational leaders and key partners, including legal counsel, workforce management teams, procurement, and finance.Program Oversight: Hold staffing agency partners accountable for upholding program SLAs, KPIs, and processes, and manage and ensure the accuracy of the contingent workforce database.Project Support: Support client-related ad-hoc projects as assigned.Your ExperienceMid-senior level related experience with 4+ years of dedicated experience managing the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, including 2+ years in contract administration (SOWs/engagement letters)Required experience with MSP, VMS, and ticketing systems (preferably Magnit Platform and ServiceNow).2+ years experience in improving and implementing new processes and performing thorough background check screenings. 2+ years experience in data reporting, management, and auditing, with deep knowledge of GSuite, especially Google Sheets and Docs.Requires excellent customer service qualities and communication skills (written and verbal), with experience working across global teams and timezonesPreferred Technical Skills (A Plus)Proficiency with G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau.Exposure to AI/ML tools (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM) and concepts, with a demonstrated interest in leveraging technology to optimize staff augmentation processes and address operational gaps.
