Our primary focus is working with schools that follow (or want to follow) the Montessori method and need trained teachers, structured classrooms, and correct pedagogy.We are building the marketing function from scratch and are looking for a Marketing Lead who will own strategy, messaging, and execution end-to-end. Role OverviewThis is a founding marketing role. You will be responsible for deeply understanding the Montessori ecosystem and translating that understanding into clear messaging, high-conversion content, and predictable lead generation for schools.You will:Become the subject matter expert on Montessori training, school pain points, and decision-maker needsOwn the website revamp and positioningRun outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn) to reach school decision makersBuild and scale the marketing function over timeKey Responsibilities:1. Messaging & PositioningDevelop clear positioning for Montshala focused primarily on schoolsIdentify pain points, motivations, and outcomes for:Montessori schoolsTeachers seeking certification(Secondary) ParentsTranslate this into:Website copyEmail campaignsLinkedIn messagingSales support material2. Website & Content OwnershipLead the website revamp:Define structureRewrite messagingAlign content to real school problems and outcomesOwn:HomepageSchool-focused landing pagesCase studies & success storiesBlogs / guides if needed3. Outreach & Demand GenerationPlan and execute:Email outreach campaignsLinkedIn outreach campaignsWork with existing databases of:Montessori schoolsSchool ownersPrincipals / coordinatorsOptimize for:Response rateMeeting bookingsQualified school conversations4.
