Success in this role comes from commitment to outcomes rather than fixed schedules, and the ability to operate at a consistently high standard in a demanding environment.Key ResponsibilitiesM&A Execution & Transaction SupportSupport buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions (US and Europe focus)Build and maintain integrated three-statement financial and operating modelsPrepare CIMs, management presentations, and transaction marketing materialsConduct detailed financial, business, and industry due diligencePerform valuation analyses, including public comparables and precedent transactionsDevelop buyer, target, and strategic fit analysesInvestment & Strategic ResearchDevelop investment and transaction theses through company, industry, and macro analysisSynthesize insights from public filings, databases, and alternative data sourcesSupport client discussions with clear, decision-oriented materialsCandidate ProfileExperience & Background1–3 years of experience in supporting M&A transactions EducationMBA, CA, CPA, Master’s degree, or CFA preferredStrong academic performance requiredSkills & AttributesAbility to independently manage deliverables under time pressureStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focusedComfortable operating in lean, fast-moving, and unstructured environmentsDemonstrated work ethic, resilience, and ownership mindsetWhat We OfferMeaningful responsibility on live transactions from day oneDirect exposure to clientsAccelerated learning in a high-performance, results-driven culture
