Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiation. Source candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media channels. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future needs. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience. Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Maintain and update the hiring records accurately. Stay informed about market trends and competitive hiring practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or SaaS/startup environment. Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
