Type: Full-time Experience: 4–8 years (flexible for the right profile) About Montshala Montshala is an online Montessori teacher training platform helping schools, teachers, and parents adopt authentic Montessori education. Our primary focus is working with schools that follow (or want to follow) the Montessori method and need trained teachers, structured classrooms, and correct pedagogy. We are building the marketing function from scratch and are looking for a Marketing Lead who will own strategy, messaging, and execution end-to-end. Role Overview This is a founding marketing role. You will be responsible for deeply understanding the Montessori ecosystem and translating that understanding into clear messaging, high-conversion content, and predictable lead generation for schools. You will: Become the subject matter expert on Montessori training, school pain points, and decision-maker needs Own the website revamp and positioning Run outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn) to reach school decision makers Build and scale the marketing function over time Key Responsibilities: 1. Messaging & Positioning Develop clear positioning for Montshala focused primarily on schools Identify pain points, motivations, and outcomes for: Montessori schools Teachers seeking certification (Secondary) Parents Translate this into: Website copy Email campaigns LinkedIn messaging Sales support material 2. Website & Content Ownership Lead the website revamp: Define structure Rewrite messaging Align content to real school problems and outcomes Own: Homepage School-focused landing pages Case studies & success stories Blogs / guides if needed 3. Outreach & Demand Generation Plan and execute: Email outreach campaigns LinkedIn outreach campaigns Work with existing databases of: Montessori schools School owners Principals / coordinators Optimize for: Response rate Meeting bookings Qualified school conversations 4. Market & Customer Understanding Research and deeply understand: Montessori pedagogy How schools currently train teachers Accreditation & certification needs Challenges faced by school owners 5.
