This role focuses onnon-IT, hands-on engineering and production positionsacross advanced manufacturing environments.You will work onhigh-impact defense programs , partnering closely with U.S.-based hiring managers to deliver skilled technical talent at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment forengineering and manufacturing roles , including: Electrical Engineers Electro-Mechanical Engineers Assemblers / Technicians Manufacturing & Production roles Source candidates usingLinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach Screen candidates fortechnical fit, manufacturing experience, and compliance readiness Maintain accurate pipelines, submissions, and interview tracking Work onUS shift hoursto align with client time zones Ensure hiring aligns withdefense, aerospace, and compliance-driven environmentsRequired Experience 2+ yearsof experience recruitingengineering or manufacturing roles Proven background innon-IT recruitment(IT recruiters will not be considered) Experience hiring forU.S. clients(manufacturing, aerospace, defense preferred)Strong understanding of: Electrical & electro-mechanical skill sets Assembly / shop-floor / plant hiring Excellent communication skills with U.S.-based stakeholdersPreferred (Nice to Have) Experience recruiting foraerospace or defense programs
