PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION: The site operations Executive will ensure a consistent, high-quality supply of fruits and vegetables to the pack-house for supply continuity, and collecting & analysing field data to drive continuous improvement in crop production and supply-chain alignment. 1. Field / Pack house operation handling Oversee the operational activities at pack-house, ensuring that all manufacturing practices are carried out according to company guidelines and industry best practices. 2. Manpower management/ getting productivity Establish a good connect with cross-functional team to ensure efficient, timely processing of produce as per standard operating procedures to avoid any delay. 3. Fruits / Vegetable knowledge to ensure right quality packaging of product Assist in implementation of good manufacturing / hygiene practice as per standard operating procedures. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that fruits and vegetables meet required standards, ensuring consistency and quality from field to market. 4. Monitoring of dispatches & tracking to ensure timely supply Assist in managing raw material/ packing material/ assets inventory, ensuring that the site has an adequate supply for operations Regularly monitor the operational performance, including wastage, productivity, and adherence to timelines. Report key metrics and insights to senior management and suggest improvements as needed Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure that all on-site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. INTERNAL: Coordinate with the pack‑house teams. Work closely with the technical, quality control, and procurement teams to ensure seamless communication and that pack-house activities align with the company's goals. EXTERNAL :Engage with vendors. KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of Pack House & Supply Chain Management. SKILLS: o Knowledge of agronomy practices, particularly in the vegetables. o Strong liaising skills, with the ability to manage farmer to ensure daily farm activities and troubleshoot issues effectively. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal stakeholders. o Understanding of product requirement & ensure quality supply. o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
