Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate – Talent AcquisitionExperience: 1–5 YearsLocations: Bangalore, India (Marathahalli / Hebbal)Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for BPO roles. You will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting our organization in building a strong and capable workforce.Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions within the BPO domain—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking events.Work closely with hiring managers to understand role-specific requirements and staffing needs.Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.Lead salary negotiations and oversee the offer management process.Ensure all recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and standards.Keep recruitment databases updated with candidate information and hiring progress.Provide timely updates and recruitment reports to key stakeholders.Requirements:1–5 years of experience in recruitment within the BPO industry.Strong understanding of industry hiring trends and recruitment best practices.Hands-on experience using job portals, recruitment tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet tight deadlines.Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Immediate joiners preferred.
