This role involves collaborating with front-end developers andother teams to build robust, efficient, and secure backend systems.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant application• Write well designed, tested, efficient code in a CI-CD environment• Implementation of security and data protection• Design and code back-end systems and APIsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS• BE/ B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience required• Experience in leading a teamPREFERRED SKILLS▪ Strong knowledge of MERN stack (MongoDB, Express JS, Reactjs, Node.js, HTML5,▪ CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, SASS)▪ Must have experience building APIs in nodejs using MongoDB▪ Experience in developing cloud native applications on AWS▪ Must have worked on microservices architecture▪ Self-starter, self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision▪ Work transparently in a non-hierarchical, matrix-based organization structure▪ Self-learner with a desire to stay informed on best practices and latest web developments.▪ Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment▪ Excellent troubleshooting skills
