Merchandising & Category PlanningOwn category-wise assortment planning for stores and e-commerceDecide depth vs width across price points, styles, and collectionsEnsure the right product mix by store, city, and channelPlan launches, replenishments, and exits for collectionsBalance hero products, experimental designs, and volume drivers2. Product & Sales AnalyticsTrack SKU-level performance across stores and onlineAnalyze sell-through, velocity, ageing, margins, and returnsIdentify winning designs, slow movers, and dead inventory earlyBuild actionable insights from:AOV / ASP trendsUnits per billConversion driversChannel-wise performanceConvert data into clear buy / hold / exit decisions3. Inventory & Replenishment StrategyMaintain healthy inventory turns across channelsPlan store-wise and channel-wise replenishmentControl ageing inventory with smart pricing, bundling, or VM strategiesWork with retail & marketing teams on clearance and push plans4. Store + E-commerce AlignmentEnsure product consistency and logic between offline and onlineDecide which collections are:Store-firstOnline-firstExclusive / limited dropsAlign merchandising with:VM displaysCampaign launchesSeasonal trends & festivals5.
