We need to create visual concepts that apply art principles to communicate ideas, branding, and modules.Key Responsibilities Conceptualisation & Design: Develop creative concepts, layouts, and illustrations for training modules, web, print and social media. Technical Execution: Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality, finalised graphics. Collaboration: Work with research teams, art directors, and copywriters to align designs with project goals. Visual Strategy: Apply advanced knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout principles to enhance user experience and engagement.Required Qualifications & Skills Education: A Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design, illustration, and creative problem-solving.
