We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and help build impactful consumer-facing brand visuals Design creatives for: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube. Performance ads, reels covers, stories, posts Createbrand-consistent, high-engagement visualsfor digital campaigns, Adapt creatives based on platform guidelines and campaign objectives. E-commerce Platforms Design product creatives for: Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, 1mg, FirstCry, company website, etc. Develop: Product listing images Infographics, A+ content, comparison charts Banner creatives for marketplace campaigns Optimize visuals forconversion and clarityCRM & Marketing Automation Create creatives for: WhatsApp campaigns Emailers SMS / push notification visuals Loyalty and retention campaigns Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for campaign timelinesProduct Packaging (Skin Care / FMCG) Design and adapt: Primary & secondary packaging Labels, cartons, mono cartons Ensure alignment with: Brand guidelines Regulatory & compliance inputs (in coordination with internal teams) Support packaging extensions, variants, and rebranding initiativesRequired Skills & Qualifications Graduate / Diploma inGraphic Design / Visual Communication 2–5 yearsof relevant experience (FMCG / Skin Care / Consumer brands preferred) Strong proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop Illustrator InDesign CorelDRAW (preferred) Good understanding of: Digital-first design principles E-commerce image guidelines Print & packaging basics Ability to multitask and manage fast-paced deliverablesPreferred Attributes Experience working withD2C, FMCG, Skin Care, or Consumer brands Understanding ofbranding, typography, color theory Exposure tocampaign-based and performance marketing creatives Strong attention to detail and ownership mindsetWhat We Offer Opportunity to work onhigh-visibility consumer brands Exposure acrossdigital, e-commerce, CRM, and packaging Fast-growing, creative, and collaborative work environment Long-term growth opportunitiesApply with Resume & Portfolio charul.gangwar@
