Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection. Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive salaries and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent. Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements, including employment laws, labour regulations, and safety standards. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives. Drive engagement activities across departments and encourage participation of employees. Develop and maintain an effective performance management system to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to improve their work. Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Implement and maintain employee development programs, including training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure continuous learning and professional growth. Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR-related issues. Stay up-to-date with HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Manage in the Academic Industry would be an added advantage. Excellent knowledge of HR policies and practices, labour laws, and regulations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in managing the full recruitment cycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.Work Experience :Min. 7+ years relevant work experience.Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Working Conditions : Timings 09.00 am – 06.00 pm (Monday to Friday) 10.00 am - 05.00 pm (Saturday), 2 Saturdays off
