This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with anInsolvency Professional / Insolvency Professional Entityon CIRP and liquidation assignments across industries.Who should apply? ✔ Law graduates with1–2 years’ experience ✔ Experience with Insolvency Professional/ IPE or insolvency matters preferred ✔ Candidates with additional qualification inCompany Secretaryship or CA Articleshipwill be preferred Role exposure includes: • CIRP & Liquidation process support • Drafting applications & legal documentation • CoC coordination & compliance filings • NCLT-related work & stakeholder coordination •Handle ROC filings, board meetings, AGMs, and corporate governance matters. • Managing Office Remuneration : Rs.25,000/- per month + performance incentives + annual revision + assignment bonus Working Hours:9.30 am to 6.30 pm .
