About the CompanyANK Exports is a 30-year-old export house with a strong legacy in textiles, now expanding into pet products and décor. Led by a new-age founder, the company is building a dynamic, lean team focused on design-led products and global retail markets.Role Purpose To manage end-to-end sourcing, sampling, vendor coordination, costing, quality, and timelines for outsourced handicraft production.Key Responsibilities Source and manage vendors for glass, brass, metal, wood, marble, ceramics, blue pottery, candles, and sustainable products Handle sampling development (prototypes, revisions, approvals) Coordinate between vendors, the internal team, and buyers Costing & price negotiation with vendors Ensure quality standards, testing requirements, and packaging norms Monitor production timelines and dispatch readiness Maintain vendor database with pricing, MOQs, and lead times Support compliance needs (basic export standards, material specs) Vendor visits and factory coordination when requiredMandatory Experience 5–8 years of experience in an export house or handicrafts manufacturing/sourcing company Direct experience managing outsourced vendors Hands-on knowledge of sampling, costing, and production Understanding of export documentation basics, quality standards, and testing Existing vendor contacts in handicrafts (strong preference)Education Graduate (BA / BCom / BSc / BFA / Any stream) No fancy degree required—industry experience matters moreKey Skills Vendor negotiation Sampling coordination Costing & margin understanding Practical knowledge of materials & finishes Strong follow-up and coordination skills
