The individual will be responsible for positioning FyndBridge as a trusted executive search partner by engaging senior stakeholders through informed conversations, insight-driven discussions, and value-led communication.Key ResponsibilitiesConsultative Outreach & Engagement Conduct outbound calls to engage CXOs, Founders, HR Heads, and Business Leaders. Initiatehigh-quality, consultative conversationsto understand client hiring challenges, leadership gaps, and growth plans. Position FyndBridge as astrategic executive search partnerLead Generation & Research Identify and qualify prospective clients through structured market and company research. Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, company size, leadership changes, and growth indicators. Track leadership movements, organisational changes, and hiring triggers to create relevant outreach opportunities.Brand Positioning & Value Communication Clearly articulate FyndBridge’s value proposition, including niche expertise, turnaround time, research depth, and network strength. Share relevant insights such as talent market trends, leadership hiring perspectives, and sector-specific observations during conversations. Ensure all client interactions reflect FyndBridge’s positioning as a premium executive search firm.Pipeline Management & Collaboration Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM. Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or meetings for senior stakeholders. Work closely with the leadership and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.Desired Skills & Competencies Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior professionals confidently. Consultative mindset with the ability to ask insightful questions and listen actively. Research orientation with attention to detail and an understanding of business and industry contexts. Ability to build credibility quickly and sustain professional relationships. Comfortable with structured outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management.Experience & Background 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Partnershipss, inside Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Recruitment Sales. Prior exposure to executive search, recruitment, HR consulting, or professional services is preferred.
