Company DescriptionSthapati Associates Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our New Delhi office. The selected candidate will play a key role in architectural design development and project coordination using Building Information Modeling (BIM). This position involves working closely with internal teams and consultants to ensure high-quality project execution across various scales, including large infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and coordinate architectural designs using BIM tools, primarily Revit. Prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings as per project requirements. Create, manage, and review BIM models to enhance design accuracy and coordination. Prepare and review architectural submittals, shop drawings, and related documentation. Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure drawings and models comply with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications. Assist in resolving design and coordination issues during different project stages.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (mandatory). 2–3 years of relevant experience as a BIM Architect. Strong proficiency in BIM and architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools. Solid understanding of architectural detailing, construction drawings, and BIM workflows. Experience in handling large-scale architectural or infrastructure projects is preferred. High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
